Strangers With Good Interntions
About
After the brutal death of her parents, Molly Bloom Prosper moves away from her childhood home and starts a new life with her great aunt Beatrix Callum. Her home in the Santa Cruz mountains, a massive boarding house known to the locals as The Callum Home for the Underappreciated, houses several of the towns more flamboyant characters: Alex Weller, the handicapped dog owner; Beth Harrington, telemarketer by day, professional wrestler by night; Katherine Stillson, a waitress with a secret power; and of course, Bogdan Bulgakov, author, psychologist, and expatriate of the former USSR.
The small town of Ohlone California, home to The Callum Home for the Underappreciated, for all its eccentricities, seems to try its best to welcome the new girl, despite her situation. New classmates Annette Stoll and Peaches Hackensack are quick to take her in to their friendship group and guide her along on her adventure of figuring out life as it moves forward. Come along as Molly learns what this life, both new and old, has to offer.
Who knows, we might even meet Bigfoot along the way.
